Rosanna Di Gesu
Notary
Born in Cosenza on 26 November 1986, Notary Rosanna Di Gesu attended the Alma Mater Studiorum in Bologna, where she graduated in law in 2010, discussing a thesis on tax law.
At the age of 27 she qualified as a lawyer and at the age of 29 she was appointed notary by decree of the President of the Republic in the Porretta Terme office, after passing the competitive examinations in 2015. On 27 September 2024, she obtained the transfer of her main office to the Municipality of Bologna, while maintaining her secondary office in Porretta Terme.
It therefore carries out notarial activities in its offices in Bologna and Porretta Terme, as well as throughout the Emilia Romagna region.
Fabrizio Sertori
Retired notary
Born in Bologna on 14 September 1947, Dr. Fabrizio Sertori, after obtaining his classical high school diploma at the “Marco Minghetti” Gymnasium High School, attended the Alma Mater Studiorum of Bologna, where he obtained a degree in law “cum laude” in 1970,
debating a thesis in criminal law entitled "The concept of sedition in the criminal code and in special criminal laws" (supervisor Prof. Franco Bricola).
At 26 he obtained the qualification to practice law and at 28 he was appointed Notary by decree of the President of the Republic of 8 March 1976 in the office of Pescarolo e Uniti in the United Notary Districts of Cremona and Crema, after passing the written competitive tests in 1974 and the oral examinations in 1975, where he was registered on 4 May 1976. Subsequently, the practice moved its headquarters to Bologna, where it took up service on 10 February 1978 until its dismissal on 9 November 2020. Notary Fabrizio Sertori actively carried out notary trade union activities as Secretary of the Emilia Romagna Notaries Union Association, of which he subsequently became President.
In February 1995 he was elected member of the Notary Council of Bologna, being part of the body until February 2004, first holding the position of Treasurer from 1996 to 1999 and then that of President of the Notary Council from 1999 to 2004. Re-elected Councilor in
February 2005, from February 2009 until February 2017 he again held the position of President of the Notary Council of Bologna.
Notary Fabrizio Sertori has repeatedly been part of study commissions established at the National Council of Notaries.
Since February 2021 he has been registered with the Bologna Bar Association and actively collaborates with the Di Gesu Notary Firm.
